This Privacy Policy explains how GridPro ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our GridPro application (the "App"). GridPro (a division of FireDance Media) is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this App.

  4. To communicate essential service information, such as notifying you of substantial changes to the App, security alerts, or major new features. We will not use your email address for any marketing or promotional purposes.


5. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information


We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties.


  1. We only share your information with the following categories of third parties who are strictly necessary to support the basic functioning of the App:
  2. User Authorization Providers: Third-party services used to securely manage user authentication and account creation.
  3. Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Hosting services that provide the cloud storage necessary to retain your user data.
  4. Payment Processors: Third-party providers necessary to securely process financial transactions, such as subscription payments. These providers operate under their own strict privacy policies.


We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all third-party service providers are compliant with relevant privacy legislation, including the UK GDPR, GDPR, and PIPEDA.

As our service relies on global cloud infrastructure, your personal information may be processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

We will retain your personal information, including your email address and associated User Content Data, for as long as your account is active.


Upon the deletion of your GridPro account, we will retain your personal information for a period of 12 months to allow for recovery and to comply with legal obligations. After this period, your personal information and associated User Content Data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax or legal compliance).


Note: Third-party service providers, such as payment processors or authorization providers, may have differing data retention policies for the data they directly control.
